A misplaced incantation during a practice bout left the dueling arena looking more like a celebration than a combat zone.

During a routine training session in the arena, Niko Vale attempted a standard kinetic burst, only to produce a torrential downpour of enchanted, shimmering confetti instead. The unexpected magical discharge left his opponent, and several nearby spectators, momentarily blinded by the sudden, sparkling, and very persistent debris.

While the bout was technically inconclusive, the arena groundskeepers have noted that the cleanup process is significantly more festive than usual. Niko has since been advised by his instructors to review his wand-work precision to avoid future celebratory accidents during training.
